Welcome

This is the official website of one of the nicest neighborhoods in Collierville — Almadale Village!

This website is maintained by our Board of Directors and is intended for the residents of our Village.  It is our intention to maintain this site on a regular basis, provide forms for various uses by our board, have copies of our Rules and Covenants, keep current quarterly Newsletters, and provide a schedule of upcoming and regular events for our residents.

Your HOA Board of Directors keeps a private email list that is used to get information out quickly to our residents. We will guard your email address by sending emails using “bcc:” to hide your email address from other recipients, preventing others from using your email for other than official Almadale Village business or notices.

Your board is committed to maintaining a neighborhood its residents can be proud of. We help to maintain our property value by the enforcement of our Rules and Covenants, and by regular upgrades to the neighborhood amenities.  Occasionally, discrepancies and violations are pointed out to ensure the Village remains an attractive and desirable place to live and protect our property values.

Use the menu at the top of each page to navigate to the page you desire.

Our Board was formed in the summer of 2009, when developer David Halle completed his obligation to the Village as the developer and appointed the first Board.  The first Homeowner’s informational meeting was held in November of 2009. Our subsequent annual Homeowners Association met in October 2010, and the board was elected.

The 2024 Homeowner’s Association Meeting was held on October 14, 2024 at 6:30pm in the Halle Room at the Collierville Burch Library. The Homeowners Association nominated and elected the following members of the HOA Board for a one-year term.
